Photo: Kidnap Kingpin In Anambra State Captured

It was a day of reckoning for alleged ring leader and kingpin of kidnap business in Anambra state, south eastNigeria, Olisa Ifedike. The suspect who hails from Oraifite, in Anambra state, was alleged to be in the business of kidnapping people for ransom.

Olisa is said to have built houses within and outside Nigeria and has many other ‘legitimate businesses’ – all funded from the proceeds of kidnapping.

His complicity in the illicit business was so bad that it was alleged that of the over 1000 people that have been kidnapped in the eastern part of the country so far, most of them will likely recognize him as the ring leader.
