Cesc Talk: United Considers A Club Record Bid For Fabregas

Manchester United are ready to make a club-record bid for Barcelona playmaker Cesc Fabregas as reports suggest the Premier League champions have not giving up on the former Arsenal man.
Cesc Fabregas- Seriously Wanted By Manchester United.
With the previous bids of £25m and £30m rejected by the La Liga champions, Manchester Evening News reported on Wednesday that a third bid that would exceed the £30.7m club transfer record paid Tottenham Hotspur for Dimitar Berbatov in 2008 is in consideration.
Despite new Barcelona coach Gerardo ‘Tata’ Martino reiterating the club’s stance by saying a third bid will be dismissed, United still believe they can make the deal happen.
In his first press conference since succeeding Tito Vilalnova as coach, Martino said:
“I’m not going to involve myself in the club’s accounts, but considering the club has already rejected two offers, I would guess it will reject a third. In other words, Fabregas will remain here.”
United are of the understanding Fabregas wants to move to Old Trafford, were they to fail with a third bid, Moyes could turn to Everton’s Marouane Fellaini or Real Madrid’s Luka Modric.
