Contrary to what the Army and President Goodluck Jonathan is making Nigerians to believe, it has finally been revealed that the dreaded sect, Boko Haram, is still operating freely in areas that are under Emergency Rule and killing innocent Nigerians with impunity.
They even killed a Reverend few days ago: “The group still razed the primary school I attended in Gashua town over the weekend and shot dead a Reverend friend of mine. This is in spite of the state of emergency in the state."This revelation was made by a man who was accused by government of aiding the sect. Senator Ali Ndume, representing Borno South Senatorial District, who spoke to Senate correspondents on Monday, said military presence is now everywhere. The government should be sincere and do the right thing.
He said, “The problem of Boko Haram needs to be taken more seriously by all Nigerians because it is not the issue of Borno alone. There is no price that is too much for peace.”
On his alleged relationship with Boko Haram, Ndume said, “I’ve been convicted by the press, but I won’t comment further for fear of subjudice.”
He said he's sure that the truth will prevail at the end.
