The latest rumour from Stamford Bridge states that Jose Mourinho will be very interested in keeping the duo of John Terry and Franck Lampard at the club, should he switch from Real Madrid to Chelsea next season.
According to The Sun Jose Mourinho will want both Lampard and Terry to help him win the Premier League, a trophy they last won in 2009/10 season under Carlo Ancelotti.
Lampard, who has yet to be offered a contract, has been rumoured to be on his way out of Stamford Bridge with the MLS likely his destination. The LA Galaxy are said to be interested in Lampard who joined the Blues from West Ham in 2002. Skipper John Terry has not had the best of season under interim manager Rafael Benitez, and apart from injury, he has fallen down the pecking order this season.
News by the Daily Mail suggests Brazilian defender David Luiz is being targeted by Barcelona. Barcelona has had lots of defensive woes this season and are looking to strengthen their backline with the £35 million rated Luiz one of their targets for the summer.
According to the Mirror both Chelsea and Manchester United are set to miss out on Borussia Dortmund’s Polish striker Robert Lewandowski, who is on his way to Bayern Munich.
