According to a new report, the 'Fine China' singer rear-ended another vehicle and refused to surrender is driving license number.
TMZ claims he also gave the woman who was driving the other car false insurance information, and "copped an attitude" when she asked for his identification.
Brown is still on probation for his 2009 assault on Rihanna; a condition of which is that he obey all laws. If he violates this, he could allegedly end up in prison for up to four years.

Yesterday it was reported that, just weeks after another split from Rihanna, Brown is living with ex-ex-girlfriend Karreuche Tran once again.
The couple parted ways last year after the 'Yeah 3X' hitmaker admitted in a video that he was in love with both Karreuche and 'Diamonds' singer RiRi.
However, now that the latter appears to have dropped him for good (well, for now), he has been re-linked to his old flame - and she's reported by the same site to have moved most of her stuff into Chris' apartment.
It is stressed, however, that she has not given up ownership of her own flat, which is probably a wise move given their turbulent history.
