Photos: Kim Kardashian Baby Gender Revealed!

Kim Kardashian finally revealed her baby’s gender on Sunday’s season premiere of “Keeping up with the Kardashians.”
In the episode, the pregnant stargoes for a sonogram with mom Kris and sisters Kourtney and Khloe. There the doctor announces the big news. And the baby is… a girl! Kardashian is due to give birth in July. The baby will be the first for the reality star and boyfriend Kanye West.

Is it just us or does it feel like Kim Kardashian has been pregnant forever? We'd be extremely bored by now. Anyway, at least she's reached another milestone - finding out the sex. In a clip from the latest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim, Kris, Kourtney and Khloe (but no Kanye) head to the docs for an ultrasound.

In the clip, the reality star - with her hair in a bun and full Saturday night out on the town when you've actually gone a bit overboard make-up - has her ultrasound to find out whether it will be a baby Kaiser (boy) or a baby Kadience (girl). Just a couple of suggestions for you Kim/Kanye, no pressure.
While the doctor lubes up Kim's bump, Kourtney reveals it was only once she knew what she was having that she actually became bothered about the whole pregnancy business. "Once I knew the sex, that is when I got so excited" themum of two explains looking much more mumsy in a tartan dress (well, her daughter is called Penelope Scotland).
As they look at the monitor, Dr. Crane takes them through the whole anatomy of Kim's baby, starting with an arm, and then the femur, quickly explaining to a presumably confused Kim that this means the thigh bone. While Kim remains seemingly non-plussed throughout (maybe she just doesn't want to ruin her make up?) Kris gets much more excited, shrieking: "Look at that! Look at the little ankle! Oh Kim look!"

Then - because she hasn't said anything embarrassing for a few minutes - she asks the doctor: "Do you see a little pee pee?" before the clip suddenly comes to an end. Kim has previously said that she and Kanye wanted to keep the baby's sex a secret, saying when it comes to baby clothes: "We buy all white. Or we'll go and buy both (girls' and boys' clothing), and then no one will know." Well, we guess they can afford it. However, it's been widely rumoured that Kim is having a girl, and going by the baby shower invites revealed this week a baby Kadience could well be on her way.
The invite - a music box complete with spinning ballerina that plays the Kanye West song 'Hey Mama' - is very much on the girly side. The shower - which will be held on June 2nd - is being hosted by Kris Jenner, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, and the wife of music producer Irving Azoff, Shelli Azoff, who we presume is one of Kanye's mates.
Still, while the Kardashian clan seemed excited by the latest developments in Kim's pregnancy, Kanye was nowhere to be seen, as he was still in Europe recording his album at the time. the musician has been widely criticised for leaving his girlfriend to manage most of the pregnancy alone - and we have to say we'd be on the annoyed side if we were Kim.

No feet should have to go through this

Kim has admitted to finding pregnancy difficult, and most recently abouthow her body has changed, revealing her bump and asking: "How the f*** did I get like this?" Despite this, she has refused to let it change the way she dresses, continuing to wear the same skintight clothing and strappy high heels she did before with horrific results. Um, that's not going to make it any easier Kim.

Still, there have been some plus points. She recently tweeted a pic of her 'pregnancy lips' which have swollen up in recent weeks saying: #GuessNotABadProblemToHave.
Definitely better than a pair of terrifyingly-swollen trotters.
