A baby-faced pizza delivery boy confessed to brutally ràping a woman in her apartment on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, while her daughter slept beside her on the bed, because he was feeling hórny, court papers state.
Cesar Lucas, 16, of the Bronx, apparently ràped the victim, 35, in the West 61st Street building after delivering a pizza pie to someone else in the building at 12:30 am on Saturday, police said.
Lucas admitted he sneaked into the woman's apartment without permission, but because he felt he was hot and he took advantage of it, prosecutors said.
"I want to lock him up. I want the world to know that he ràped me while my 7-year-old was sleeping next to me," the distraught woman said in tears during an interview at her apartment. "He ràped me. He is disgusting. He checked apartment doors for an open door to harm people while working."
Law enforcement sources said he tried a few doorknobs until he found the open door of the victim and entered. "My daughter and I slept in the same bed and I was ràped as she slept next to me," the victim, breaking down with cries said in the courtroom.
"He covered my mouth and told me to shut up. He said:" sshhh. "I kicked him and pushed him. He was a small man." The suspect eventually fled, taking the woman's iPhone and $20 from the wallet, the victim said. Police later arrested him at work.
