Amber Rose And Wiz Khalifa Spark Controversy With Weed Socks For Baby Sebastian

Weed Socks For Baby:

New mom Amber Rose is getting Instagram/Twitter-stalked like cray by folks like me who are desperate for a glimpse of babySebastian‘s presumably adorable visage. Amber and her fiancĂ©Wiz Khalifa welcomed Sebastian into their world last month, February 21, and since then they’ve been sharing their excitement with the world. Recently Amber Instagrammed a pic of little Bashwearing a pair of socks with um… some marijuana leaves on them, lol. It may or may not be a big deal (depending on your views).

Okay, so this isn’t really a huge surprise if you pay attention to Amber and Wiz. Wiz is one of those artists who makes music for, with, and inspired by pot. Both have also spoken out about that fact that they will be open about their marijuana use with Sebastian, and that he’ll basically grow up around weed (although they would not smoke it around him– probably a good idea). So to me, the weed socks aren’t that shocking or controversial, really. But of course, some people might think otherwise.
Dressing up babies is tricky, because as a parent you might just assume that your kid will be into whatever you’re into. The first item of baby clothing I ever bought for one of my boys was a Jimi Hendrix onesie forJonovan (who’s now four)… lol. ‘Cause obviously my infant was gonna just loooove Purple Haze. Really, I think items like that are just a way for parents to advertise their own interests. Jonovan could totally, like, notbe into Jimi (and crush my dreams of having a son who drops out of fancy college to start a rock band), and Sebastian could grow up to be so straight-laced he’s anti- weed. That’d be hilarious, and it’s totally possible.
Anywho, here are some other cute, less controversial pics from Amber‘s Instagram:

This baby’s face needs to get here faster! I really wanna see this Amber/Wiz mash-up, lol.
What do y’all think of the socks? Would you cop a pair for your baby?
